Job summary

Grid Dynamics Poland is seeking a Principal Full-Stack Developer (Java/Angular) to lead complex software initiatives, define technical strategy, and shape system architecture. You will reinforce frontend and backend excellence while guiding delivery of scalable, high-performance applications.

As a staff-level engineer, you will mentor teams, conduct design reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders up to director level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development with Java and Angular (v12+).
• Proven leadership and mentorship of engineering teams.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and reviewing code.
• Hands-on with modern AI tools and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for full-stack initiatives across backend Java and frontend Angular.
• Design, architect, and implement AI solutions for business use cases.
• Lead feature development with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform code reviews, performance analysis, and enforce coding standards.
• Influence system architecture decisions for long-term maintainability.
• Mentor mid- and senior-level developers; support team growth.
• Lead stakeholder communications up to director level.
• Contribute to internal tech talks and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to upsell strategies by aligning technical direction with client needs.
• Conduct technical interviews up to senior levels (T4).
