Job summary

Intellias in Poland is seeking a senior software engineer to lead the Consumer Data Integration CDI initiative. You will shape AI-enabled software development lifecycle, build PoCs, and guide engineers in adopting cloud-native and AI-assisted practices across a large-scale enterprise landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on practice in modern languages.
• Proficient in .NET/C# or Python with strong hands-on capabilities.
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience and services expertise.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Solid CI/CD and DevSecOps experience, including automated testing and secure delivery.
• Ability to build PoCs and working prototypes to validate ideas.
• Strong communication skills with architects, engineers and stakeholders.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering practices across the CDI initiative.
• Build and improve the AI-enabled / agentic software development lifecycle.
• Define coding standards, reusable engineering practices and quality gates.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, automated testing and engineering automation.
• Introduce AI and engineering agents into development, testing, code review, documentation and other SDLC activities.
• Turn architecture decisions into practical engineering solutions.
• Build PoCs and working prototypes to test ideas and validate decisions.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to engineers and work closely with the Solution/Platform Architect and CDI team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with strong .NET/C# or Python skills and the ability to remain hands-on
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and different Azure services
• Strong experience with enterprise integration and event-driven architectures, including APIs, messaging, distributed systems and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic workflows within the software development lifecycle.
• Practical experience integrating AI into engineering workflows such as development, testing, code review, documentation or automation
• Strong CI/CD and DevSecOps experience, including automated testing, quality gates, secure delivery practices and deployment automation.
• Ability to independently build PoCs and working prototypes to validate technical concepts and test assumptions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with architects, engineers and client stakeholders.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

• Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and Azure data/integration services such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Purview, Azure Data Factory or Event Hubs.
• Experience with observability, monitoring and performance optimisation.
• Experience building custom AI-powered developer tools or engineering automation
