Job summary

Motherson seeks a motivated professional to support pricing, data analysis, and client collaboration in a dynamic, international environment. You will prepare product calculations, monitor sales efficiency, and contribute to cost optimization efforts, leveraging strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Higher education (technical or financial).
• Very good knowledge of English for daily communication (min. B2 level).
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and analytical thinking.
• Openness to learning and development in the automotive industry.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Independence and very good organization of own work.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the pricing process and supervising the timeliness of valuations and offer preparation.
• Cooperation with the Account Manager, influencing effective cooperation with the client.
• Preparation of product calculations in accordance with the applicable pricing template.
• Calculation of savings and participation in cost optimization projects.
• Sales monitoring and recommending changes aimed at increasing its efficiency.
