This is a perfect role for someone who likes to work with data, is accurate and pays attention to details, but also likes speaking to people and handling queries as well as updating systems and databases. Let’s Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be involved in supporting Customer Service Specialists as well as Sales KAMs/BDMs and customers, maintaining database of prices and promotions and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining customer master data in SAP, including regular data analysis and clean-up activities (e.g., outline agreements, info records, etc.);
• Maintaining the pricing database in SAP on a regular basis and ensuring all process documentation is up to date;
• Implementing and updating promotional pricing in SAP on a regular basis;
• Booking customer-issued invoices in SAP;
• Handling customer pricing complaints and related issues, collaborating with colleagues and managers to find optimal solutions;
• Providing high-quality service, advice, and technical support to customers;
• Preparing documentation and reports for internal use and future reference;
• Performing internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy;
• Leading or participating in process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following:

• University degree (preferred in a relevant field)
• Proven experience in working with data
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Polish
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and working knowledge of SAP
