Job summary

Pepco is seeking a Pricing Manager to shape pricing strategy across a cluster of markets, working with country teams and key stakeholders to drive profitable growth and competitive advantage.

You will combine data-driven insights with market understanding to influence pricing decisions and ensure consistent execution, leading a team of Pricing Analysts and collaborating with Finance, Marketing and Operations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Management, Category Management, Consulting, or related field.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced multi-market environments.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, margin management, and commercial decision-making.
• Proven ability to translate complex data and analyses into clear business recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI, Excel, and large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
• Very good command of English (C1).

• Support pricing activities for new market entries and strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of Pricing Analysts, ensuring high-quality analysis and business impact.

About the role

As a Pricing Manager, you will play key role in developing and optimizing pricing strategy across a cluster of markets. Working closely with country teams and key business stakeholders, you will drive pricing initiatives that support profitable growth, strengthen competitiveness, and deliver sustainable commercial results. Skills and experience we are looking for:
