Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Warsaw seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category while guiding guests to select the right color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will support the Sales Manager with service, events, and guest experience, delivering exceptional customer care in-store.

Preferred candidates have a passion for beauty, strong communication, and ability to work independently or with a team; flexibility for days/evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and guest loyalty goals.
• Provide exceptional guest service with greeting, personalized recommendations, and informing guests of promotions and events.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering prestige sales goals.
• Stay informed on trends and educate guests on ingredients and benefits.
• Maintain regular attendance.
