Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a skilled make-up artist to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience for customers in Warsaw.

You will combine creative and technical artistry with a passion for people, educating and delighting clients while contributing to high standards of visual merchandising and in-store events. Applicants with certification in make-up artistry or prior retail makeup experience are welcome, though motivated amateurs with strong skills

Qualifications

• Qualification in make-up artistry/retail make-up preferred but not required
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Right to live and work in the country if interviewed

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized in-store makeup consultations and education to customers
• Help drive in-store events and customer engagement
• Ensure store visual merchandising meets Estee Lauder standards
• Collaborate with store team to deliver high performance and exceptional customer experience
