Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Preschool Education or equivalent is required.
• TKT Training Course completed.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom instruction by assisting the lead teacher with daily lesson plans, activities, and educational games.
• Supervise and engage children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play to ensure safety and positive behavior.
• Assist with behavior management by reinforcing classroom rules and guiding social-emotional development.
• Prepare learning materials and displays to support hands-on learning and creativity.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, sanitizing toys and surfaces as needed.
• Provide individualized support to children who need extra help with activities or emotions.
• Observe and report developmental progress or concerns to the lead teacher.
• Support daily routines and transitions, promoting independence and consistency.
• Encourage positive interaction and collaboration among children and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in teaching practices and childcare.
