Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking an experienced SEN specialist to support students with diverse learning needs in a Warsaw-based setting. You will work with teachers to adapt lessons, conduct assessments, and develop personalized plans that help students reach academic goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the SENCO and wellbeing teams, delivering targeted interventions and maintaining thorough records to ensure inclusive, high-quality education for all learners.

Qualifications

• Teaching certification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two years' experience in SEN/support roles.
• Experience with the British curriculum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to students with SEN.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt learning for diverse needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized learning plans.
• Coordinate with exam centres to arrange access arrangements.
• Deliver targeted interventions to improve literacy, numeracy and study skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain records of assessments and interventions.
