Vestas is seeking a Skilled Worker/Semi-Skilled Worker to join the Goleniow-based manufacturing team. The role focuses on supervising blade component inspections, planning and executing checks, and making go/no-go decisions in line with Vestas procedures.

You will collaborate with production and other departments, use technical documentation, and communicate in English. The position offers an international work environment with development opportunities and a bonus program.

Formación

• Secondary or higher education, preferably technical.
• Experience as Quality Inspector is advantageous.
• Ability to read and apply technical documentation precisely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• English language skills (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Supervising and performing inspections of all blade's components in the production process.
• Planning and efficiently carrying out full inspections of components and products in accordance with procedures.
• Approving and rejecting products, components, processes, subassemblies, and final items per requirements.
• Defining the scope of repairs per instructions and acceptance criteria.
• Creating and verifying Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Overseeing and ensuring timely, compliant completion of inspection entries and checklists.
• Maintaining cooperation with production and supporting departments.
