Senior Representative with German

You will be responsible for:

• Creation and timely distribution of reports (Client / Regulatory)
• Calculation of key figures such as PerformanceFee, SRRI & RiskFigures
• Participation in internal project calls
• Collaboration with other teams (Fund Accounting, StaticData, Risk Controlling)
• Ensuring that daily work flows, procedures and controls are effectively executed in a timely manner
• Creation, documentation and optimization of workflows and processes
• Preparation of the relevant documentation and coordination for external and internal audit in close cooperation with other team members
• Participation in special projects as required
• Managing multiple projects / initiatives
• Working with colleagues to meet deadlines and / or deliver significant results
• Communicating complex issues clearly and concisely
• Using initiative to achieve challenging goals
• Building relationships within / across groups
• Working with computers, including MS Office, or desire to build technical skills

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Knowledge of German is a plus,
• An interest in financial services,
• At least a degree level education; Finance or similar field will be an advantage, however, we equally welcome graduates of all degrees,
• 1-2 years of total work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of VBA (is a plus).
