Job summary

ampt is seeking a Power Platform Engineer in Warsaw to build tailored business applications on Microsoft Power Platform for clients in banking, energy, and the public sector.

You will work in small, self-organized teams close to the client, translating requirements into scalable, well-governed solutions. Fluent English is required, and German is a strong plus for many client projects, with a hands-on emphasis on ALM, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Power Platform experience (1–3 years) with Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Banking/regulated environment experience is a plus; familiarity with compliance, data protection, and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end Power Platform solutions from requirements to production rollout.
• Connect and automate processes with existing systems (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, REST APIs).
• Collaborate with business units and IT to design scalable, maintainable solutions for banking/regulatory contexts.
• Maintain quality, governance, ALM, and share knowledge through reviews and talks.
• Pursue Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL series) to grow expertise.
