Sii Poland is seeking an experienced consultant for an international team, focused on workflow digitalization and business process optimization in a part-time role. You will design and implement low-code automation solutions with business stakeholders to boost productivity.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a consulting role focused on Power Automate, hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, and fluent German for professional communication.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a consulting role focused on Power Automate and digital solutions.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience creating low-code business applications with Power Platform – Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of process automation concepts and workflow design.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent German, both written and spoken, in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
• Designing and implementing end-to-end workflow automation solutions.
• Developing and maintaining low-code business applications.
• Gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Supporting users during deployment and adoption of new processes.
• Advising stakeholders on best practices related to process optimization.
