Sii Poland is seeking a part-time consultant in Poland to drive workflow digitalization for manufacturing and industrial clients. You will design and implement low-code automation solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to boost productivity and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in automation consulting, strong Power Platform skills, and fluent German to communicate with teams in a German-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a consulting role focused on automation.
• Hands-on experience building automated Power Platform workflows.
• Experience creating low-code business apps with Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
• Designing and implementing end-to-end workflow automation solutions
• Developing and maintaining low-code business applications
• Gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Supporting users during deployment and adoption of new processes
• Advising stakeholders on best practices related to process optimization
