Job summary

Global Wind Service is seeking a Power BI Specialist to own dashboards, reports and data models across the organization. You will translate business needs into actionable KPIs and insights while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data quality, reporting standards and a proactive approach to continuous improvement within a hybrid work model in Szczecin. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Solid experience with DAX, Power Query, data modelling and semantic models.
• A good understanding of data visualisation best practices.
• Good SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and structured datasets.
• The ability to analyse data and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Power BI Specialist to join our Analytics & PMO team within Integrated Planning.

In this role, you will help strengthen data-driven decision-making across Global Wind Service by developing reporting solutions, improving data quality and translating business requirements into meaningful dashboards, KPIs and insights.

You will report to the Head of Analytics & PMO and work closely with stakeholders across Integrated Planning, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and IT.

About the Role

As our Power BI Specialist, you will take ownership of Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards and data models used across the organization.

You will serve as a key collaboration partner between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that reporting solutions are accurate, reliable and aligned with business needs. You will also contribute to the development of reporting standards, data governance and improved data quality across connected systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards and data models.

We Expect That You Have
