Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking a Business Reporting Analyst to contribute to the Global COE Business Reporting team and deliver analytics, dashboards, and insights across Procurement and Operations. You will connect operational data with financial outcomes to support fact-based decision-making.

Responsibilities include promoting global dashboards with Power BI, performing variance and trend analysis, and creating automated dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or operations finance.
Proficiency in Power BI.
Experience with SQL, ETL tools, Alteryx or Python desirable.
Experience working with financial and operational data (e.g., cost, volume, pricing, and logistics).
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Promote global reporting dashboards for Procurement and Operations using tools such as Power BI.
Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance tracking to explain cost, volume, mix, and rate drivers
Create accurate and automated dashboards for Procurement and Operations
Provide clear, applicable insights explaining operational and financial performance drivers.
Provide reliable data foundations supporting executive-level reporting.
