Job summary

University of Wroclaw invites applications for the position of assistant professor (post-doc) at the Department of Management Psychology, Institute of Psychology, Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences (NCN OPUS project).

The post-doctoral researcher will contribute across all three phases: scale development, validation against measures, and experimental validation using role-playing, trust games, and group decision-making. 24-month contract, starting 4 Jan 2027.

Qualifications

• PhD in psychology, cognitive science, behavioral economics, or closely related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in quantitative data analysis using R, Python, SPSS, or equivalent.
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals are a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research within the NCN OPUS project: literature reviews, design and execution of experiments, data analysis, manuscript preparation.
• Support the Principal Investigator with project-related administrative tasks.
