Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in social sciences in economics and finance, management and quality, or a related field.

• Scholarly record with at least two publications, including one in a minister-listed journal.
• Participation in at least two academic conferences.
• Ability to prepare teaching materials and use modern teaching methods and e‑learning platforms.
• Proficient command of Polish and English.

A candidate for the position of lecturer should possess:

• doctoral degree in social sciences in the discipline of economics and finance, management and quality, or a related field;
• compliance with the requirements specified in the Act on Higher Education and Science;
• preparation to conduct teaching activities;
• a scholarly record including at least two publications, including one in a journal listed by the Minister;publication experience with international publishers or journals
• participation with a conference paper in at least two academic conference;
• the ability to prepare teaching materials and conduct classes using modern teaching methods and e‑learning platforms;
• proficient command of the Polish and English language;
• responsibility, independence, teamwork skills, and readiness to engage in the organizational activities of the unit;
• experience in conducting scientific research within the indicated academic disciplines

The responsibilities of the position will include conducting scientific research within the specified academic disciplines. The successful candidate will also be expected to prepare instructional materials, assess learning outcomes, and participate in the administrative and organizational activities of the department.
