Job summary

Warsaw University of Technology invites applications for two postdoctoral positions in CENTERA2 within CEZAMAT. You will work in WG4 on terahertz optical systems, developing new devices and contributing to rapid technology transfer.

Applicants should hold a PhD in physics or a related field, awarded not earlier than 2021, with an excellent publication record and strong English. You will join an international research team at Poland's leading technical university.

Qualifications

• PhD in physics or related field (THz focus)
• Excellent publication record in physics/related field
• Strong independent research ability
• Fluent English language skills
• Experience with simulations and THz optical design/detectors
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming environment

Responsibilities

• Simulate, design, and fabricate THz optical systems
• Collaborate with CENTERA2 team and international partners
• Disseminate results via publications and conferences
• Help shape future research directions and grant proposals
