Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a doctoral degree in medical or health sciences or related field.
• Experience in cell culture, including primary cultures and PBMCs.
• Knowledge in regenerative medicine and stem cell biology.
• Experience with nucleic acid isolation, qPCR, ELISA and Western blotting.
• Ability to plan experiments, select controls, and interpret data.
• Maintain detailed research records and SOPs.
• Completed training for procedures involving animals.
• Experience with laboratory animals and molecular data analysis.
• Very good command of English for literature and presentations.
• Documented scientific track record with publications or conference talks.
• Independent, organized, and able to work in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform experiments related to regenerative medicine.
• Culture cell lines and PBMCs; manage primary cultures.
• Isolate nucleic acids and perform qPCR analyses.
• Apply ELISA and Western blot techniques as needed.
• Analyze data and maintain lab notebooks and SOPs.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary research team.
