Instruct-ERIC invites applications for a Postdoctoral Position in Integrative Structural Biology of Protein Translation in Kraków, Poland. The project investigates ribosome dynamics in human brain cells, using cryo-EM, advanced light microscopy, and computational methods.

Candidates should have a PhD in structural biology or related fields, a strong publication record, and expertise in cryo-EM techniques with some experience in cryo-ET.

Qualifications

• PhD in structural biology or a related discipline.
• Track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Advanced knowledge of cryo-EM techniques, especially single-particle analysis; ideally cryo-ET.
• Basic programming skills in Python and experience in Unix-Linux environments, including HPC.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
