Qualifications

• PhD in Geodesy, Earth Sciences (including Geophysics), or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Earth system dynamics and global mass transport and distribution, with emphasis on disturbances in Earth’s rotational motion.
• Expertise in modelling mass changes in Earth’s liquid reservoirs using geophysical and climate models and observations.
• Very good programming skills (Matlab, Fortran, or others) and experience in numerical modelling and time series analysis.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, for independent work and publishing results.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to write scientific publications.
