The Rector of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences invites applications for a Post Doc Assistant Professor (F/M/N) in the Institute of Biology, Division of Experimental Biology, for the NCN SHENG 3 project titled “New Horizons in Tropospheric Research Using Next-Generation GNSS Systems, Satellite Constellations, and Artificial Intelligence”.

Qualifications

• Has a doctoral degree in engineering or related fields.
• Publication in a JCR-listed journal in satellite data processing.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Full legal rights and a clean criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Analyze GNSS data from ground-based and satellite platforms using AI techniques.
• Conduct research in GNSS data processing and secure external funding for projects.
• Publish research results in journals indexed by SCOPUS or Web of Science.
• Participate in international conferences and symposia.
• Attend workshops to enhance professional competencies.
• Engage in organizational activities for the unit and university.
