For Linklaters in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the **Portfolio PMO Advisor** role.**About the Team** The Business Change team partners with stakeholders across the firm to deliver change initiatives that align with strategic goals, whether through process optimisation, technology implementation, organisational transformation, or cultural change. The team plays a crucial role in ensuring that change is delivered effectively, sustainably and with minimal disruption. This role offers exposure to a broad range of projects and change methodologies, providing significant opportunities for professional development and meaningful contribution.**You will be responsible for*** Supporting the evaluation and prioritisation of initiatives, collaborating with the Head of Portfolio and Programme Management and Programme Leads.* Maintaining up-to-date portfolio documentation, for example portfolio delivery plans, resource plans, benefits plans, and risk and issue logs.* Preparing and distributing regular portfolio reports, assimilating information from Programme Leads, Programme Managers and Project Managers.* Organising and coordinating portfolio meetings, preparing agendas and capturing key decisions and action items.* Supporting management of the portfolio budget, including forecasting, reporting and, if needed, managing changes.* Enabling effective information management and knowledge management practises. Ensuring that portfolio records and underlying project delivery information is accessible and well-organised and facilitate knowledge-sharing.* Assuring delivery of the project portfolio against our project delivery framework, and other recognised industry good practice, providing guidance to project delivery teams.* Performing ad-hoc analysis as required, for example relating to portfolio performance, and in support of other Linklaters’ business processes (e.g. business planning, financial year-end).* Driving continuous improvement of portfolio management and project delivery processes, ensuring that these are successfully embedded within the team.* Managing a high-performing team of PMO Analysts, supporting resource assignment and developing plans to ensure team members are progressing in their roles.In addition, the role-holder will be expected to actively participate in our growing community of PMO professionals and help drive the broader development of our PMO capabilities in the firm.**Apply if you*** Have 4+ years of experience working in a Portfolio PMO or related portfolio or programme co-ordination role.* Are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ideally with experience using dedicated project portfolio management, project or task management tools.* Have a recognised PMO or project management qualification (e.g. P3O certification, PRINCE 2 Practitioner or APM equivalent).* Have an excellent attention to detail, are confident with numbers, the analysis of data and financial management information.* Are able to communicate effectively at all levels - clearly and succinctly conveying ideas and options.
