Job summary

Jobsi in Gdańsk seeks a Hook and Sling Operator (W/M/NB) on a contract of mandate. You will coordinate with port crane operators, check container placements, and ensure safety in the work zone. The role requires working 12-hour shifts, with day and night rotations, and a willingness to work permanently.

Experience and Polish language knowledge are required, and you will be paid as described for day, night, and weekend shifts, with regular monthly payments between the 15th and 20th.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work with port crane operators, ensuring the safety of the work zone.
• Check the proper placement and securing of containers.
• Inspect containers, report damages or deviations from the plan.
• Ensure communication with the team via radio and signals.
• Perform tasks related to container servicing, including refrigerated containers (reefer).
