Job summary

Jobsi in Gdańsk seeks a Hook and Sling Operator (W/M/NB) on a contract of mandate. You will coordinate with port crane operators, check container placements, and ensure safety in the work zone. The role requires working 12-hour shifts, with day and night rotations, and a willingness to work permanently.

Experience and Polish language knowledge are required, and you will be paid as described for day, night, and weekend shifts, with regular monthly payments between the 15th and 20th.

Position: Hook and Sling Operator (W/M/NB)

Workplace: Gdańsk

Employment: Contract of mandate (Umowa zlecenie)

Salary:

• Mon.–Fri. day shift: PLN 48.50 gross
• Mon.–Fri. night shift: PLN 49.80 gross
• Sat.–Sun. and public holidays – day shift: PLN 49.80 gross
• Sat.–Sun. and public holidays – night shift: PLN 51.25 gross

Payments: Regular, between the 15th and 20th of each month.

Work Schedule:

• Two shifts, 12 hours per shift:
  • First shift: 06:00 – 18:00.
  • Second shift: 18:00 – 06:00.
• Individual schedule (published weekly), with paid breaks (40 minutes).
• 200 hours per month, 4-5 days a week.
