WW Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Polish and English-speaking customers across phone, email and chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance on pet nutrition products.

You’ll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with paid onboarding and ongoing coaching. The role offers health insurance, a meal allowance, monthly holiday and Christmas allowances, plus an international, multicultural team and accommodation support.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers by handling a wide variety of inquiries related to pet nutrition products. You'll deliver high-quality service through phone, email, and chat while ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction and have a genuine interest in pets and animal wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week

• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 17:00
