Job summary

Hedepy Ltd. in Poland seeks a Marketing Lead to grow the Polish market. You will own influencer collaborations, run social channels (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube) and raise awareness of mental health support.

You’ll localise campaigns for Poland—ad assets, landing pages, emails and SEO—making content feel native. This is a remote-first role with an international team. Data and strategy drive decisions: read dashboards, run tests across channels, analyse CPA and share of voice, and shape a long-term

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience coordinating influencer collaborations end-to-end.
• Ability to translate/writen for a Polish audience with strong writing skills.
• Genuine interest in mental health and empathetic personality.

Who we are

We're Hedepy, an online platform on a mission to make mental health care easier to reach through technology. In 2025, over 300,000 therapy sessions happened through our platform, and our vision is to make psychological support available to as many people as possible.

Why this role matters

Poland is one of the biggest markets in the Hedepy portfolio, and one of the most competitive. Your goal will be to grow our market share and significantly raise awareness of Hedepy in the Polish mental health space, so that support reaches the people who need it.

You'll report directly to Caro, our Local CMO for PL/GR/LT/SI, and run the Polish market together with her. You'll also be part of an international marketing team of 15 people.

What you'll do

Influencers and social media (50%)
You'll oversee influencer and social media activities and production, and manage offline events such as PR stunts and brand activations.

Localising acquisition marketing (30%)
You'll take what we run across markets and make it land in Poland: ad assets, landing page copy, mailings, SEO and ad headlines. This is localisation, not translation, so it should read as if it was written for a Polish audience from the start.

Data and strategy (20%)
You'll read the dashboards, understand why a campaign works or stalls, run tests across channels, and turn all of that into a clear point of view. We care most about the long game: user acquisition, share of search, CPA, and whether the brand is actually growing.

Across all three, you'll shape a strategy that fits the Polish market, informed by what works in the category and for our competitors.

What you'll own

After a trial period, the decisions are yours. You'll own content localisation, influencer collaborations, local partnerships and awareness activities, without needing to check with the CMO first.

What you bring

• Experience: at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Social media: hands-on experience running and optimising channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Please share examples.
• Influencer collaborations: you've coordinated them end to end, from research and creator selection through negotiating terms and contracts to execution and a wrap-up with learnings.
• Language: you'll be translating content into Polish and adapting it for a Polish audience, so writing has to be one of your strengths.
• Mental health and empathy: a genuine interest in mental health, whether through education or personal experience, and an empathetic personality.
• Mindset: strategic, curious and insightful, not afraid to dig deep into data, and open to testing new solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with influencer collaborations for SaaS products or apps.
• Experience with UX optimisation on websites. Please share examples.
