Job summary

Hedepy is seeking a Poland-market growth lead to drive awareness and user acquisition for mental health care through localised content and influencer partnerships.

You will own content localisation, influencer collaborations and Polish partnerships, shaping campaigns that resonate with local users while collaborating with an international team. Remote-friendly role with a global impact within Hedepy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Coordinated influencer collaborations end-to-end, from research to execution and learnings.
• Ability to translate and adapt content for a Polish audience, with strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee influencer and social media activities, production, and offline events.
• Localise acquisition marketing assets for Poland: ads, landing pages, emails, SEO and headlines.
• Read dashboards, test campaigns, and develop a clear point of view on user growth and CPA.
• Own content localisation, influencer collaborations, local partnerships and awareness activities after a trial period.
