Outlier is a global platform connecting subject-matter experts with paid AI training projects. Polish proficiency is required, and you can work remotely on your own schedule from Poland or anywhere. You’ll be paid weekly up to $15 USD per hour, with typical commitments of 5–10 hours per week and opportunities to scale.

As a Language Specialist, you’ll evaluate prompts, write prompts, and assist with model evaluation. No fixed hours or contracts—you control your availability and earnings.

• Polish proficiency required; ability to read, write and evaluate text fluently in Polish.

Responsibilities

• Choose the right response: you will be given two responses and must select the correct one.
• Write a prompt: create prompts as starting points for AI models.
• Edit content and preview results.
