Job summary

Outlier is a global platform connecting subject-matter experts with paid AI training projects. Polish proficiency is required, and you can work remotely on your own schedule from Poland or anywhere. You’ll be paid weekly up to $15 USD per hour, with typical commitments of 5–10 hours per week and opportunities to scale.

As a Language Specialist, you’ll evaluate prompts, write prompts, and assist with model evaluation. No fixed hours or contracts—you control your availability and earnings.
