YO HR Consultancy seeks a Polish-speaking Generalist contractor to support a language and AI training project. You will review audio clips, assess nativeness and fluency, and provide clear feedback to help models learn and perform.

Native Polish plus at least English B2, strong written and spoken skills, and attention to detail are essential. You will document assessments in English, justify each evaluation, and collaborate with project coordinators to ensure consistent results.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Polish.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English.
• Background in linguistics, phonetics, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis or transcription is valuable.

Scope of Work

• Listen to audio clips in Polish and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
• Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Polish language understanding and generation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Polish, with strong command of both spoken and written language.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields is prefered.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is considered an asset.
