Job summary

LevelBlue, LLC. is seeking a Financial Reporting Expert based in Poland to lead statutory audits for group entities, coordinate monthly close tasks, and manage financial reporting processes.

You will reconcile US GAAP to Local GAAP, prepare journal entries, and interact with auditors and stakeholders. The role requires a strong accounting background, 4+ years of experience, and ACCA/CIMA or international equivalence is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in public accounting or audits.
• Degree in Accounting; ACCA/CIMA or international equivalent preferred.
• Experience with GAAP and IFRS, including consolidation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to present to senior management.
• Experience coordinating audits and working with external auditors.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory audits for LevelBlue group entities and coordinate with auditors.
• Reconcile US GAAP to Local GAAP reporting packages as needed.
• Manage monthly close process and prepare journal entries and analyses.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve differences promptly.
• Coordinate information with local third party accountants for monthly packages.
• Review third-party interim packages for accuracy and support.
• Record reporting package entries in NetSuite.
• Prepare/ review VAT declarations and reconciliations.
• Support system enhancements and internal control improvements.
• Develop balance sheet/income statement analyses for monthly reporting.
