Job summary

International Schools Partnership in Poland seeks a Country Head of Admissions & Retention to drive student enrolment and retention across all ISP schools in the country.

You will lead admissions and retention teams, partner with school leadership, and develop country-specific B2B strategies to grow overseas enrolments.

This role requires data-driven decision making, GDPR compliance, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience at every admission touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in admissions/recruitment.
• In-depth understanding of local market and partnerships.
• Strong data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead country admissions and retention plans for Poland.
• Synchronise country MAR plans with Marketing and track KPIs.
• Improve end-to-end customer experience and satisfaction metrics.
• Develop and manage country-specific B2B partnerships and initiatives.
• Oversee CRM data management and generate timely performance reports.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold service quality across admissions touchpoints.
