Job summary

Accenture Poland offers a paid internship program to support development and management teams by monitoring working time, tools, and roll-on/roll-off processes. You will prepare reports, participate in audits, and help optimize processes with a focus on data quality.

As an active student fluent in Polish and English (B2), you will gain hands-on experience in reporting, access control, and dashboards while receiving mentorship and potential pathways to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Active student status is required.
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2) required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and good understanding of project management processes.
• Detail-oriented and self-organized, capable of tracking open tasks and function statuses.
• Demonstrated desire to learn and develop technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor working time, internal tools, and roll-on/roll-off processes to support development and management teams.
• Prepare and analyze reports, participate in project, data, and system audits, and contribute to process optimization.
• Manage project access, file permissions, and dashboards; oversee billing for development services and documentation management.
