Accenture Poland offers a paid internship in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, providing hands-on experience across AEP, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and related marketing tech platforms.

You will work with business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and product owners in an international setting, gaining exposure to global digital transformation initiatives and customer engagement programs.

Competenze

• Active student status with at least 30 hours per week.
• Willing to work from Warsaw or Łódź office 2–3 days per week.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong interest in Marketing Technology (MarTech), CDP, Analytics, and CX solutions.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and Java.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, data models, XML, and JSON.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence concepts.

ABOUT THE INTERN POSITION

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Intern to build expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and related customer experience technologies.

The role combines business analysis, Adobe solution configuration, data analysis, and technical problem-solving, providing hands-on experience with leading enterprise customer experience and marketing technology platforms.

The successful candidate will support global digital transformation initiatives and work closely with business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and product owners across international teams.

THE WORK

• Support functional analysis and business requirements gathering.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support configuration of low-code/no-code marketing technology platforms.
• Assist in customer journey, audience, segmentation, and campaign configuration.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and testing activities.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React, or C#.
• Git and version control.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini.
