Deliver high-quality support to a dedicated Platform across the end-to-end vendor financial management process
Build strong relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including Technical Teams, Finance, Operations Managers, COO Office, Procurement, and Cost Management
Maintain management information (MI) and reporting to support planning processes related to vendor contracts and renewals
Design and maintain reports and dashboards for critical financial and vendor-related processes
Produce regular management reporting as well as ad-hoc analyses and insights related to vendor management
Support global contract cost allocations, rate setting activities, and preparation of business cases
Update forecasts and actively manage budgets, funding, and workforce requirements
MUST HAVE
Customer-first mindset with a strong service orientation
Proven senior stakeholder management skills, with regular interaction at senior management level
Solid experience in Vendor Management, supported by strong financial and commercial awareness; prior experience in a large, global organization—preferably within financial services is highly desirable
Fluent English, enabling effective communication in a diverse, international business environment
