Sii Poland seeks a skilled Control Engineer to join an automation project. You will work with Mitsubishi iQ-R PLCs and HMI, develop and implement industrial automation solutions, and support system integration and commissioning.

The role is primarily remote, with on-site presence during pre-commissioning in Świdnica and during commissioning in Wałbrzych. Requirements include 3+ years in control engineering with Mitsubishi tech, CC-Link IE Field experience, and fluent Polish with strong English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in control engineering focused on Mitsubishi automation technologies
• Strong Mitsubishi iQ-R PLC and HMI programming expertise
• CC-Link IE Field network configuration and integration experience
• Experience in machine-building automation, automotive applications an advantage
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support (Świdnica/Wałbrzych)
• Fluent Polish; good written and spoken English

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Control Engineer to join an automation project. In this role, you will work with Mitsubishi PLC and HMI systems, contribute to the development and implementation of industrial automation solutions, and support system integration and commissioning activities. The role is primarily remote; however, on-site presence will be required during pre-commissioning activities in Świdnica and later during the commissioning phase in Wałbrzych.

Your tasks

• Programming Mitsubishi iQ-R PLCs and HMI systems to meet project specifications
• Configuring and integrating CC-Link IE Field networks for effective communication between devices
• Conducting commissioning activities at the customer’s facility to ensure proper functionality of the systems
• Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality automation solutions for machine stations or modules
• Adhering to the software development standards and methodologies defined by the end customer
• Participating in project planning and progress meetings to align on objectives and timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in control engineering with a focus on Mitsubishi automation technologies
• Strong expertise in Mitsubishi iQ-R PLC programming and HMI programming
• Proficient in CC-Link IE Field network configuration and integration
• Experience in the machine‑building industry, particularly with automation solutions for automotive applications
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support during pre‑commissioning activities in Świdnica and commissioning activities in Wałbrzych
• Fluent Polish required
• Communicative English skills, both written and spoken
