Job summary

Inetum Polska seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer to ensure the stable, secure operation of our Kubernetes-based platforms and to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting AI-powered applications. You will help optimize cloud-native environments for scalable, reliable services.

In this role, you will collaborate with IT Operations, Security, and development teams, contribute to SSDLC, and lead incident response and infrastructure improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Several years in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
Strong Kubernetes-based platform experience with Helm.
Experience building modern CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Fluent English, Polish B2, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure stable, secure operation of core platforms including sales software.
Coordinate incident resolution and preventive measures.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
Design and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
Advise and train development teams; collaborate with IT Ops and Security.
Implement monitoring, logging, and IT security practices.
