Job summary

Inetum Polska seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer to ensure stable, secure operation of business-critical platforms. You will design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments to support AI-powered applications and scalable services.

Role requires strong Kubernetes/Helm experience, CI/CD automation, and English proficiency; hybrid work available with collaboration across IT Operations, Security and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or business information systems, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional DevOps, Operations, SRE, or similar role experience.
• Experience operating Kubernetes-based platforms and Helm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable, secure, high-performance operation of core platforms and applications.
• Analyze incidents, implement fixes, and preventive measures.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Design, build, and maintain containerized infrastructure using Kubernetes, Helm, and modern DevOps tools.
• Administer databases, storage, caching, and platform services.
• Support AI-powered and data-driven applications, ensuring scalability and security.
• Build monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively observe systems.
• Improve IT security measures and SSDLC practices.
• Plan lifecycle management for frameworks, libraries and dependencies.
• Provide training and support to development teams in collaboration with IT Operations, Security, and DevOps.
