Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of features for our cloud-enabled platform. You will act as the single point of contact with GTS and CISO, ensuring secure, compliant, and timely delivery across engineering, architecture, product, platform and security teams.

In this hybrid role, you will build scalable delivery processes, manage dependencies and risks, oversee production readiness and governance, and provide clear updates to stakeholders across Euroclear

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of IT delivery or project management experience.
• Experience in complex cross-team environments with internal and external partners.
• Strong SDLC understanding and Agile practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure), CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of infrastructure services (GTS) and security/compliance (CISO).
• Experience in regulated financial services is a plus.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in bringing these innovations to life. Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) towards GTS and CISO, you will ensure that every feature is delivered seamlessly, securely, and in full alignment with platform and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of features, from initiation through design, build, test, and release to production.
• Act as the primary interface with GTS and CISO, ensuring early engagement and smooth coordination for infrastructure and security requirements.
• Drive feature readiness, ensuring compliance with SDLC standards, Definition of Ready / Definition of Done, and governance controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, product, platform, and security, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, with particular focus on infrastructure and security constraints.
• Ensure production readiness, including non-functional requirements, security validations, and operational acceptance.
• Support and contribute to release governance, including Go/No-Go decisions and deployment readiness.
• Act as a communication bridge, providing clear and structured updates to stakeholders across Euroclear and partners.
• Continuously improve delivery efficiency by reducing friction in GTS and CISO onboarding and approval processes.
• Contribute to building a scalable and repeatable delivery model for innovation initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in IT delivery roles (Feature Delivery, Project/Program Management, or similar).
• Proven experience working in complex, cross-team environments, involving both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Solid exposure to cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
• Good understanding of infrastructure/platform services (GTS) and security & compliance processes (CISO).
• Experience operating in regulated environments (e.g., financial services) is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate across organizational boundaries.
