Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Feature Delivery Owner to lead the end-to-end delivery of innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. You will act as the primary interface between GTS and CISO, driving feature readiness and ensuring compliance with SDLC standards.

The ideal candidate must have 8–10+ years in IT delivery roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud platforms such as Azure.

We are looking for a Feature Delivery Owner who will play a pivotal role in bringing these innovations to life. Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) towards GTS and CISO, you will ensure that every feature is delivered seamlessly, securely, and in full alignment with platform and regulatory expectations. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the crossroads of delivery, platform engineering, and security, driving impactful outcomes in a highly dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of features, from initiation through design, build, test, and release to production.
• Act as the primary interface with GTS and CISO, ensuring early engagement and smooth coordination for infrastructure and security requirements.
• Drive feature readiness, ensuring compliance with SDLC standards, Definition of Ready / Definition of Done, and governance controls.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, architecture, product, platform, and security, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, with particular focus on infrastructure and security constraints.
• Ensure production readiness, including non‑functional requirements, security validations, and operational acceptance.
• Support and contribute to release governance, including Go/No‑Go decisions and deployment readiness.
• Act as a communication bridge, providing clear and structured updates to stakeholders across Euroclear and partners.
• Continuously improve delivery efficiency by reducing friction in GTS and CISO onboarding and approval processes.
• Contribute to building a scalable and repeatable delivery model for innovation initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in IT delivery roles (Feature Delivery, Project/Program Management, or similar).
• Proven experience working in complex, cross‑team environments, involving both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Solid exposure to cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
• Good understanding of infrastructure/platform services (GTS) and security & compliance processes (CISO).
• Experience operating in regulated environments (e.g., financial services) is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate across organizational boundaries.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services / regulated environments
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Prior experience working with Euroclear, GTS, or similar platform/security organizations
