Job summary

Aflac in Poland seeks an SAP specialist to support Accounts Payable and operations enabled by S/4HANA, Ariba and Esker. You will translate business requirements into SAP-centric specifications and coordinate with the SAP development team to deliver changes end-to-end.

You will configure S/4HANA using IMG, develop unit tests, assist in UAT, and ensure compliance with the SDLC process, including ChaRM transports.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with software configuration and modern programming languages.
• Troubleshoot challenging platform and HW/SW issues across the system.
• Proven experience in Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Specialist knowledge and experience with Procure-to-Pay business processes.
• Support Accounts Payable users and operations using S/4HANA, Ariba and Esker.
• Lead meetings with business users to discuss new and existing requirements.
• Translate requirements into SAP-centric functional specs.
• Coordinate with SAP development team and align cross-team work.
• Configure S/4HANA using IMG to meet business needs.
• Develop and execute unit tests for SAP configuration.
• Review and participate in developer unit testing.
• Assist users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Follow SDLC practices including ChaRM transports.
• Define security requirements for SAP t-codes and test changes.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Lead/participate in meetings with business users to discuss new and existing support requirements

• Communicate requirements to the SAP development team, and coordinate cross-team activities as required
  
• Configure S/4HANA using the SAP Implementation Guide IMG to meet business requirements
  
• Develop and execute unit test plans in support of SAP configuration
  
• Review and participate in developer unit testing, as required
  
• Assist business users with User Acceptance Testing UAT
  
• Comply with the Aflac Software Development Life Cycle SDLC, including transport elevations using ChaRM
  
• Communicate t-code security requirements to the Aflac Security team, and unit test new and modified security roles
  
• Performs other duties as required
