Job summary

Enfint ищет опытного инженера платформ DevOps для руководства миграцией MetaSDV-платформы с локальных Docker-развертываний на облачное многопользовательское решение. Вы отвечаете за работу облачной платформы, планирование ёмкости, управление SLO, дежурства, контроль затрат и восстановления после сбоев.

Требуется опыт работы с Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker и GitLab CI/CD, Linux и безопасностью. Желателен опыт Terraform/Pulumi и инфраструктуры как код.

Qualifications

• Степень бакалавра в области компьютерных наук или эквивалентный опыт.
• 5+ лет опыта в Platform engineering, DevOps или Build/Release.
• Опыт миграции продуктов в облако и работы с Kubernetes.
• Опыт работы с AWS, GCP или Azure и продвинутый Linux.
• Свободный английский язык.

Responsibilities

• Руководство миграцией MetaSDV-платформы с Docker на облачную multi-tenant среду.
• Эксплуатация облачной платформы: планирование емкости, SLO, on-call, контроль затрат.
• Реализация и поддержка контроля безопасности: изоляция, аудит, идентификация.
• End-to-end сборка и релизы через GitLab CI/CD, multi-архитектуры и публикация артефактов.

42dot is a mobility AI company and the Global Software Center of Hyundai Motor Group. The organization focuses on advancing software-defined vehicle technologies, autonomous driving, and self-managing urban transportation operating systems.

Задачи:

• Lead the migration of the MetaSDV platform from local, Docker-based deployments to a hosted, multi-tenant cloud offering;
• Operate the cloud platform, including capacity planning, SLO management, on-call rotation, cost discipline, and disaster recovery;
• Implement and maintain security and compliance controls, such as tenant isolation, audit logging, and identity management;
• Own end-to-end build and release engineering, including GitLab CI/CD pipelines, multi-architecture builds, and artifact publishing;
• Maintain test and observability infrastructure, including containerized E2E, integration, and performance testing;
• Provision and operate partner-facing instances of the platform, including access management and integration support;
• Champion developer experience by improving local environments, build reproducibility, and feedback loops.

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;
• 5+ Years of production experience in Platform engineering, DevOps, or Build/Release engineering;
• Hands-on experience leading the migration of a software product from on-premise or local Docker deployments to a hosted cloud offering;
• Production experience designing and operating cloud-hosted services using Kubernetes and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
• Strong proficiency with Docker and multi-stage container builds in production pipelines;
• Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD or comparable systems for complex multi-stage pipelines and caching;
• Deep Linux system fluency, including networking, filesystems, and performance debugging;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience with Bazel, hardware-in-the-loop or simulation-in-the-loop CI infrastructure, formal security frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, UN R155/R156), AI-assisted productivity tools, automotive software knowledge, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), cloud cost optimization, and working in multi-site teams.
