Job summary

MindPal Sp. z o. o. is seeking a Platform DevOps Engineer to lead the Renovate platform rollout. You will design target architecture, establish standards, and supervise cross‑team rollout waves, ensuring security and governance across the project.

The role demands hands-on execution, strong leadership, and fluent English to coordinate with stakeholders and engineers in a remote, nearshore setup.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale transformation projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of Renovate.
• Expert knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, API and permissions model.
• Experience designing architecture in distributed, scalable Kubernetes environments.
• Knowledge of software supply-chain security and vulnerability management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Define the target architecture for a large-scale rollout of the Renovate platform.
• Set central configuration standards, update policies, and governance models.
• Manage project planning, prioritization, and rollout waves.
• Coordinate activities between platform, security, development, and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with security standards; manage credentials and compliance requirements.
• Review technical implementations and mentor engineers across teams; build prototypes and PoCs.

The goal of the initiative is to design the target architecture, define configuration standards, and ensure software supply-chain security.
