Job summary

Magneti Marelli Parts & Services in Bielsko-Biała invites a Plant Quality Specialist to join the RD team, reporting to the Plant Quality Manager. The role is based at the Bielsko-Biała office in PL and involves coordinating customer requirements and quality improvements.

You will drive analyses, PPAP documentation, internal audits, and corrective actions while supporting the laboratory team and developing KPIs. A technical degree and extensive quality experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Higher education, preferably technical.
• Several years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methods including FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC.
• Knowledge of 8D, Ishikawa, GD&T and VDA 6.5 system.
• VDA 6.3 auditor qualification and CQI-8/12/15.
• Knowledge of B2B customer portals: BMW IPQ: ISIR, LPKM, TEREG, QWIN, SWS; Stellantis: SQP, MAPS, IC, Amadeus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of welding processes and product assessment.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel on business.
• Category B driving licence.
