Plant Manager – Leszno – Onsite

Purpose of Role: As Plant Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind transforming our Poland site into a world-class, reliable supplier - championing safety, operational excellence, and team engagement. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering engagement and driving a collaborative, cultural approach to support organisational change.
  • Oversee operational budgets and recoveries, planning resources to align capacity with business needs and financial expectations.
  • Achieve customer delivery and quality targets by managing production to meet deadlines and divisional standards.
  • Ensure the site operates safely and meets all legal responsibilities, acting as the accountable person for safety and compliance.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a manufacturing or production plant, with full accountability for operations and safety.
  • Background in industrial, automotive, FMCG, or related sectors; open to a range of industries to ensure the best talent.
  • Strong English & Polish language skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Degree in engineering (preferably industrial engineering) is desirable, but significant relevant experience will also be considered.
