Job summary

Mars Petcare Factory in 05-870 Błonie is seeking a Technical Manager to lead Engineering & Maintenance and drive performance. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will shape the future of our Petcare factory, guide capital investments, and develop a high-performing technical organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Food Technology (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience in highly automated production environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong people leadership skills and experience developing teams.
• Experience in project management and capital investment delivery.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high reliability and performance of site assets via maintenance strategies.
• Lead execution of capital projects with local and regional engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership across the plant (Engineering Operating System processes).
• Build, lead, and support a high-performing technical team.
• Contribute to site strategy as a member of the Site Leadership Team.
• Own and implement the Maintenance Masterplan (including energy).
• Support the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) with Progressive and Autonomous Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, legal, and corporate standards while supporting sustainability commitments.
