Job summary

Beiersdorf is seeking a Business Planning Analyst to join our Planning Center of Excellence on a 15-month contract. The role blends business understanding with technical reporting and automation to drive digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

You will develop dashboards, optimize planning processes, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, IT and regional teams to deliver tangible improvements in efficiency and insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, IT).
• Experience or strong interest in data analytics, reporting, or business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic to intermediate Power BI and Power Query skills.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy reporting solutions with analytics tools.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for end-to-end planning.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across reporting platforms.
• Support planning teams with ad-hoc analyses and performance insights.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Design and implement automated workflows to reduce manual work.
• Develop Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to integrate reporting.
• Lead or support reporting projects from concept through deployment.
• Deliver training and prepare user manuals and SOPs.
• Governance and knowledge transfer for implemented solutions.
