Beiersdorf in Poznań is seeking a proactive Supply Planner / Junior Supply Planner on a 15-month contract. You will ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability while balancing service, inventory, and cost goals.

You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Network Inventory Planning, and global teams in a fast-paced planning center of excellence. You will develop end-to-end exposure to international supply chain operations, participate in improvements, and contribute to product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and 2+ years in supply planning or similar.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome for the Junior role.

Responsabilités

• Ensure optimal inventory levels and service targets through supply planning.
• Perform daily alert-based planning to mitigate short- and mid-term risks.
• Maintain data and planning parameters in SAP/APO/OMP.
• Identify and resolve master data issues affecting planning performance.
• Manage product launches, phase-ins/outs while balancing availability and risk.
• Coordinate with Demand and Network Inventory Planners and other teams.
